Android Contacts Recovery: 3 Clicks to Restore Deleted Android Contacts

Step 1. Open USB Debugging and Root Your Device

In order to ensure your mobile phone can be recognized by the Android Contacts Recovery, you need to open USB debugging on the device and root your phone before launching the program.
