Step 1. Run the Program and Make Your Phone Detected

Launch Samsung Galaxy Photo Recovery tool and you will get the interface like below. Then connect your Samsung Galaxy phone to PC with a USB cable. Here, please be sure your phone is rooted and the USB storage is also opened on your device.

Here, you're also required to enable USB debugging on your device. This can be done before connecting your Samsung devices to the computer.
- For Android 2.3 or earlier: Enter "Settings" < Click "Applications" < Click "Development" < Check "USB debugging"

- For Android 4.2 or newer: Enter "Settings" < Click "About Phone" < Tap "Build number" for several times until getting a note "You are under developer mode",  Then you may back to "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging".

Step 2. Preview and Find Your Target Files

The scanning will cost for a few minute. Here, you can check the scanning process or click "Pause" or "Stop" button to end the scanning if you find you needed files have been found. When the scan is finished, you can preview the photos one by one until you find the one you need.

Step 3. Begin to Recover

Mark the pictures you need in the program and click "Recover" button to save them on your desktop computer very well.
