How to Recover or Restore Deleted Photos from HTC Phone for Windows/Mac?

Be sure your HTC phone is rooted and have also opened USB debugging on the device by following the below ways:
- For Android 2.3 or earlier: Enter "Settings" < Click "Applications" < Click "Development" < Check "USB debugging"
