Tips: In order to make the program can successfully detect your cell phone, you'd better to root the Motorola phone at first.

Step 2. Connect Motorola Phone to PC and Make the Phone Detected

Using a simple USB cable to link the Motorola phone to computer, and then launch the program. Then the program will auto-scan your device and start scanning for files on your phone.

But if your Motorola phone is running on Android 4.2.2 or above, then when you have USB debugging enabled, this now causes a prompt to appear on connection, seen below:
